A gas exhaust apparatus for a mold is provided to discharge easily gas from the mold and prevent leakage of a material during production of polyurethane foam products. A gas exhaust apparatus for a mold includes a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder(100), an exchange pin(200), and a vent pipe(300). The cylinder is equipped with a piston(120) and a piston rod(130). The exchange pin has one end with a rod connection part(210) attachable/detachable to/from the piston rod of the cylinder and the other end with a pressure drop part(220) having an outer surface with pressure drop grooves(222). The vent pipe has one end with a cylinder connection part(310) attachable/detachable to/from the cylinder and the other end with a mold connection part(320) attachable/detachable to/from a vent hole of an upper mold. The vent pipe has an outer surface with a plurality of gas outlet holes(330). The gas from the mold is discharged between the outer surface of the pressure drop part of the exchange pin and an inner surface of the mold connection part of the vent pipe. The pressure drop part prevents leakage of the material in the mold.
