A mobile terminal is provided to block a gap between a holding groove and a holding rib by elastic contraction of a waterproof member interposed between the holding groove and the holding rib, when a battery receiving groove is closed, thereby preventing moisture from being permeated into the battery receiving groove. A battery cover waterproof unit comprises as follows. A holding groove(51) is disposed on a battery cover(50). A projection-shaped holding rib(33) is disposed on a casing. An elastic waterproof member(52) is interposed between the holding groove(51) and the holding rib(33), and is combined with the holding groove side by being equipped with a groove on one side to be engaged with the holding rib(33). The battery cover(50) and the waterproof member(52) are disposed by a double injection molding way.
