PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct wait time end to end control by selecting any of a plurality of messages according to the priority, separating the message into cells, sending the cells to a network, assembling the cells after a reception and receiving a cell according to priority. SOLUTION: A processor 3A of a node A generates a queue at a queue section 6A by providing priority to each header of a plurality of messages. The message queue includes virtual channels VC1-VCn and priority sets P1-Pn. An arbitration section 7A selects a transmitted message and sends it to a segment section 8A, where data are demutiplexed into cells. Then a block format section 9A applies format to the cells and a transmission section 10A sends the result to a network exchange 1. Then the cells are given to a reception section 11B of a node B, assembled by a reassembly section 12B, sent to a reception queue 12B and executed by a processor 3B. Thus, wait time end to end control is executed. |
