PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to environmental protection and resource protection by converting the bean curd lees of industrial waste into a recyclable fermented feed from the viewpoints of the environmental protection, the resource protection, etc. SOLUTION: This method for treating bean curd lees comprises adding a fermentation material (useful microorganism group) and sugar beet to bean curd lees just strained in a bean curd factory and subsequently fermenting the mixture, thus producing the fermented feed rich in nutrients in a short period at a low cost. |
