摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high precision inorganic sintered product of a raw material of an inorganic powder such as a metal, its alloy or a ceramic. SOLUTION: A slurry compound with a high powder fill of an inorganic powder is formed by adding a coupling agent, water and one or two or more different types of additive to the organic powder and mixing these ingredients. In addition, the slurry compound is injected into a cooled mold to form a frozen molding, and this frozen molding is heated up in vacuum, or under reduced pressure or atmospheric pressure to sublimate a low boiling point component and sinter the molding. As the inorganic powder is treated by adding the coupling agent, it is possible to increase the powder fill of the molding in an intermediate step, and the dimensional accuracy of the sintered product manufactured by the sintering process is increased. Thus the high precision large-sized inorganic sintered product can be manufactured.
