PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a using method of a wire retainer wherein a wire can be surely retained and fixed with one kind of a fixing clip, irrespectively of the thickness and the number of wires to be retained and fixed. SOLUTION: When a thin wire 7 is anchored and fixed, the wire 7 is clamped and fixed with a base part plate 2 and an anchor plate 3. When a thick wire or a wire bundle like a trunk part of a wire harness is fixed, a wire bundle 8 is brought closely into contact with the back of the anchor plate 3 in the state that the base part plate 2 and the anchor plate 3 are previously fastened and closed. After tape-fastening is performed with a tape 9 for fixing, a clip part 1 is engaged with a specified fixing hole of a car body panel. |
