PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having long term reliability and excellent in moisture-proofness. SOLUTION: A solar cell unit 1u comprising a photoelectric conversion element is sandwiched by moisture-proof films 4 through an adhesive layer 3 on a flexible board and sealed to form a solar cell module. Exposed part of the adhesive layer 3 is coated with a sealing member 51 or a moisture-proof member is provided additionally between the moisture-proof film 4 and the photoelectric conversion element or the flexible board. The solar cell units 1u are interconnected through wiring 2. |
