PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord reel and a carriage provided with the cord reel by which an extension cord can be smoothly reeled on and unreeled out of a drum while electric power cords of various kinds of appliances being connected with an electric power outlet box. SOLUTION: This carriage provided with a cord reel comprises a drum 3 round which an extension cord 2 is reeled, a supporting frame 5 to support a rotation axis of the drum 3 in one end part in a cantilever-like manner, an electricity outlet box 6 fixed in the supporting frame 5, a connection means which is installed in a base end part of the extension cord 2 and wired cords from the outlet box 6 and constantly keeps electric connection of the extension cord 2 with the outlet box 6 while allowing the rotation of the drum 3, and a handle 13 installed in a side plate 12 of the drum 3 in the other end side of the rotation axis. |
