PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative sheet which shows high adhesive strength between a surface protecting layer and an adjacent layer and superior antimarring properties by laminating the adjacent layer which contains a polyol compound provided on a base material and the surface protecting layer containing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition and an isocyanate compound in that order. SOLUTION: An adjacent layer 4 containing an polyol compound provided on a base sheet 1 and a surface protecting layer 5 containing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition and an isocyanate compound are laminated in that order and are cured. In this case, the ionizing radiation curable resin of the surface protecting layer 5 causes a chemical reaction itself so that it is crosslinked or polymerized. Further, the polyol compound of the adjacent layer 4 undergoes a chemical reaction with the ionizing radiation curable resin to strongly bond together. Thus it is possible to obtain the decorative sheet 10 with an improved Hoffman scratch properties and interlayer adhesive strength. The isocyanate compound to be used is an acrylate monomer with an isocyanate group and/or prepolymer. |
