PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of an image recognizing function by providing a device with a means making supplied image data and image data which should be given to an image forming means interchangeable. SOLUTION: By an image recognition circuit 21, a specified image such as a paper money being an object to be recognized is recognized from the inputted image data. when the specified image is recognized, the inputted image data is cut and prevented from being outputted to a printer engine 3. Since the data inputted to an image recognition device 2 and the data outputted from the recognition device 2 are not interchangeable, a converter 22 for making the data compatible is arranged on the inside of the recognition device 2. The digital image data from an image processing circuit 1 is inputted to the recognition circuit 21 and also inputted to the converter 22. When the specified image such as the paper money is recognized by the recognition circuit 21, a recognized result switch circuit 23 is controlled and the output of the print of the specified image is obstructed. Thus, even when the specified image is intentionally directly outputted to the printer engine 3 without being inputted to the recognition device 2, this image processor is not normally actuated. |
