<p>The winding method involves using three branches (1,2,3) forming the quadrants of a three phase alternator. Each quadrant is separated from the next in phase by 60 degrees. Each branch of the quadrant is separated into three separate branches (1v,1u,1w;2v,2u,2w;3v,3u,3w). The windings in each branch are arranged to compensate for, and remove the third harmonic response.</p> |
