PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop and display required patterns on a prize line and display an accurate combination of the patterns by elastically contact-holding the large- diameter rotor of a pattern unit on each line from two peripheral directions, and rotating it after a rotation support tubular tool while receiving the transmitting force and braking force. SOLUTION: The main pulley of a pattern unit on each line is elastically contact-held from peripheral directions by the transmission brake member 55 of a rotation transmission control means 47, it is rotated after a rotation support tubular tool 48 while receiving the transmitting force and braking force, and longitudinal deflections in the rotating direction liable to occur during the build-up process or stop process of the main pulley, i.e., fluctuations including an advance and a return, are positively restrained. A pattern belt 28 is smoothly moved while its longitudinal deflections are restrained during the moving processes of acceleration and deceleration, a stable pattern change giving a favorable impression to a player can be obtained, and the pattern belt 28 is quickly braked and stopped when a motor 17 and the rotation transmission control means 47 are stopped. |
