FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has cutter holder, bush, cutter with tapered head and cylindrical holder, passage for delivering service liquid connected through working space with annular passage for passing of liquid, shut-off unit in the form of circular sealing member located in circular groove of holder, stopping unit in the form of circular protrusion with narrowing tapered passage located in front end of bush which is conjugated with annular passage. Bush is installed in longitudinal passage of cutter holder. Installed in bush is cutter with possible turning and limited axial displacement. Cylindrical cutter holder is provided with additional cylindrical bush with its outer diameter equal to diameter of tapered head shoulder. Outer side surfaces of additional bush and shoulder and inner surface of bush create annular passage for passing of service liquid. Circular groove with narrowing tapered passage is located between cutting part and shoulder of cutter working head. Diameter of outer hole of tapered passage is less than diameter of shoulder. Circular sealing member is made with bevelled chamfer directed towards bottom of longitudinal passage in cutter holder. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg.
