FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: present invention of novel nitric acid such as cyclohexanol derivatives of general formula I: <EMI ID=0.46 HE=15 WI=36 TI=CHI> wherein A denotes valency, or C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>- alkylene chain; B is NR<SP>1</SP>-CO-Z, -NR<SP>1</SP>SO<SB>2</SB>-Z or -CO-NR<SP>2</SP>-I; R is hydrogen or C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB> alkyl group; R is hydrogen, hydroxy-C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB> alkyl, C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkenyl; and Z is hydrogen, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkyl, C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>- alkenyl or C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkynyl which can be mono-or multisubstituted for hydroxy; C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkylcarbonyloxy, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>- alkoxy; halogen-cyano, carboxy-, C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB> alkoxycarbonyl-, CO-NR<SP>3</SP>R or C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkylcarbonylmercapto group or Z is pyridine, N- oxypyridine-or pyrrolidine ring, or Z together with R and nitrogen atom, to which Z and R are attached form heterocyclic ring which further contain oxygen atom; R and R are C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>6</SB>-alkyl or hydrogen, and also optically active forms thereof. The present invention describes compounds of formula I and drug based thereon. EFFECT: improved properties of the drug based on title compounds.
