PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compsn. which is suitable for producing an air bag cover which is not broken at other parts than intended parts to be torn when expanded, has a good surface appearance when produced, and is excellent in scratch resistance and fusion by welding. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains 10-40wt.% hydrogenated styrene- conjugated diene block copolymer (A), 10-40wt.% ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber (B) having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 , 100 deg.C) lower than 80, 5-30wt.% ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber (C) having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 , 100 deg.C) of 80 or higher, and 30-70wt.% olefin resin (D), the sum of amts. of ingredients A, B, and C being 70-30wt.%.
