SOLUTION: Original speed data are provided by extending compressed speed data as speed data recorded in a flexible disk, etc. Then, based on the provided speed data, they are displayed on a display as shown by a real line. Next, based on one-minute time sequential data, an engine rotation speed graph is displayed as shown by a broken line. Further, at the time when rapid acceleration/deceleration is performed, based on rapid acceleration/ deceleration data, a longitudinal bar is displayed at the lower part of a display screen. Moreover, at the time when a high fuel consuming state is generated, based on the high fuel consumption generation data, a longitudinal bar is displayed at the lower part of the display screen. Thus, the relation between the time, when the high fuel consuming state is generated, and the operating state at that time can be visually grasped.
