FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying surgical treatment of purulent focus and skin plastic repair. Lateral and medial cutano-subcutaneous fascial flaps on feeding pedicles are transferred to bone wound after performing bone decortication. The flaps are trained for ischemia by cutting out before surgical treatment by applying single stage primary plastic repair of donor bed with immersed split skin autografts and arranging the flaps above the immersed skin autografts fixed on wound edge. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
