<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of a potentiometer in a body of a fork lift truck by detecting the moving amount of a pitman arm by means of the potentiometer, and driving a steering motor according to the detection value. SOLUTION: The rotation force of a steering wheel is transmitted to a pitman arm 10 via a steering shaft and a gear box 9. The arm 10 pushes out a drug link 11 to the forward and rearward direction of the body of a fork lift truck or moves it back. The link 11 rotates a center arm by the aid of the auxiliary rotation force of a steering motor added, and rear wheels are rotated through a tie rod. The moving amount of the arm 10 is detected by a potentiometer 16 by fitting a hook 19 of an L shaped bracket 15 in a slot 17 of an arm 18 fixed to a tip of the potentiometer 16. According to the detection value, the rotation force of the motor is determined.</p> |
