发明名称 BINDER FOR BATTERY ELECTRODE FORMING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence against an electrode active substance, maintain high conductivity, and ensure improvement in bonding property with a collector by rendering a polyorganosiloxane polymer a main component. SOLUTION: Metaacrylic acid alkyl-ester (a) whose number of alkyl group carbons is 1 to 10, an ethylene unsaturated carbonic acid (b) and other monomer component (c) that can be copolymerized therewith are polymerized under existence of an organopolysiloxane, and a denatured polyorganosiloxane polymer is obtained. Here, ester (a) maintains elasticity of a coat, strength, stability of polymer, and adhesive property at a compounding ratio of 30 to 80wt.%. A carbonic acid (b) maintains binder performance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and storage stability at compounding ratio of 3 to 10wt.%. The use quantity of a monomer (c) prevents lowering of a membrane forming property, dis-coloring after membrane forming, shrinkage of a coat or the like at 20 to 60wt.% in the component of the monomer. This polymer is dispersed in water or oraganic solvent, is blended with an electrode material such as electrode active substance to form a composition for a battery electrode.
