PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform coating with high valuable quality and furthermore to provide a beautiful coated edge even under various kinds of coating conditions. SOLUTION: A quantity adjusting device equipped with a quantity adjusting gear 8 formed as a free jet nozzle is provided. The quantity adjusting gear 8 is formed between two lips 10, 12. A coated edge limiting device equipped with at least two coated edge limiting elements 16 is provided. A coated edge limiting device 16 is formed between both the lips 10, 12 to almost tightly close the quantity adjusting gap by the side edge parts thereof.
