PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the reliability and performance of a device and further reduce the man-hours required for adjustment during inspection on the device, by automatically judging the position of a sensor for detecting the rotation of a brushless motor, thereby grasping the positional shift of the sensor. SOLUTION: The position of the placement of a sensor is detected from the phase of an instructed voltage to a power transistor, the driving element for a motor, and the phase of the source voltage of the transistor. If the phase exceeds a specified value, it is judged that the position of the sensor is shifted. Then, an alarming display is given and the motor is stopped. This makes it possible to display a warning message and stop the motor before a trouble occurs in a device. As a result, the reliability and performance of the device is maintained. In addition, man-hours for adjustment can be reduced when the position of the motor is adjusted during inspection on the device. |
