摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the user of a terminal able to fetch read-aloud information even from a place away from a host by providing a channel connection detection means on a host side and starting the transfer of information with the connection of a channel as an opportunity. SOLUTION: This system is provided with the channel connection detection means 4 for detecting that the channels on a terminal side and on the host side are connected. At the time of detecting the logical connection of the channels, the channel connection detection means 4 originates an instruction to a read means 2 so as to start the read of the read-aloud information from a storage means 1. The read-aloud information read by the read means 2 is transmitted to the terminal side through a communication means 5. In the meantime, on the terminal side, the read-aloud information transmitted through the communication means 5 is stored in the storage means 7 inside the terminal. On the terminal side, by operating the terminal by the terminal user, the read- aloud information is acquired from an optional position from the storage means 7 by the control of the read means 8 and is transmitted to a rule voice synthesis means 9. Thus, the information is read aloud even in a separated place.
