PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a procedure smooth by speedily performing guidance before a client describes data by reporting the guidance for the slip description from the side of a display, with which a detected stroke is displayed while being overlapped on the prepared image of a slip, and center terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A stroke detecting part 26 performs processing for detecting the stroke described by a pen 5, etc. These data are transmitted through a communication network 2 to the side of center terminal equipment 3. At the center terminal equipment 3, the kind to a slip 6 described by the client is recognized, and the image of that slip 6 is prepared and displayed on a display 31. Then, when the client described a prescribed item by operating the pen 5, its stroke image 46 is displayed while being overlapped on a slip image 45. Therefore, when there is any error in the items described by the client, an operator immediately performs the guidance while monitoring this image. |
