<p>PURPOSE:To obviate adhesion of getter powder to the outside of a container so as to dissolve dust defect by forming a ringshaped getter powder formation and charging it by pressure into a getter container. CONSTITUTION:Getter powder 4 is supplied on to a lower mold 13 and the getter powder 4 on the lower mold 13 is pressurized by the first pressure by lowering a punch 23 at an upper mold 12 so as to form a ring-shaped getter powder formation 4a. Next, a punch 38 at the lower mold positioned below the ring-shaped powder formation 4a is lifted to push up the ring-shaped getter powder formation 4a and by this punch 38 and the mold 12 the ring-shaped powder formation 4a is inserted into a getter container 2 and pressurized by the pressure larger than the first pressure and charged into the getter container 2. Hereby, charging amount can be set optionally and adhesion of the getter powder to the outside of getter container can be prevented from arising.</p> |
