PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid permanent deformation which occurs at a tip of a thin beltlike cover in advance by folding back the thin beltlike cover from a cloth into a bag, forming a thin beltlike core material in such a manner that its width is smaller than the width of the cover to put it in the cover, sewing them together with both side fringes of a thin and long opening of a trim cover, and abutting tips of the cover which are folded back mutually. SOLUTION: In a pair of blinds 25, a thin beltlike cover 26 is formed by folding back from a cloth of a surface skin material into a bag. Moreover, a thin beltlike core material 27 is formed in such a manner that its width is smaller than the width of the cover 26 and is put in the cover 26. The cover 26 and the core material 27 are sewn together with respective both side fringes of a thin and long opening 21 of a trim cover 15 which exposes an arm 24 of a reclining device 13 on a surface thereof so that tips 28 of the cover 26 which are folded back are abutted mutually. The soft property and the restoration property of the cover 26 itself are ensured at the tips 28 of the cover 26 which are folded back by the material 27 so that the tips 28 which are folded back are not deformed permanently and the good appearance of a reclining seat can be ensured for a long time even if the reclining seat is used for a long time. |
