PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form the respective oriented film of upper and lower substrates having a difference in tilt regulating force with the same materials. SOLUTION: An oriented film material 17 is polyimide diluted with a solvent and consists of the polyimide having the large dependence of the tilt regulating force on a baking temp. If baking is executed for about 30 minutes at about 170 to 190 deg.C, the oriented film 18 with which a tilt angle of about 1.5 deg. is obtainable are formed. When the baking is executed for about 30 minutes at 250 to 300 deg.C on the baking part 13, the oriented films 18 with which the tilt angle of about 2.5 deg. is obtainable are formed. Then, the upper and lower oriented films having the difference in the tilt regulating force are easily formed simply by using the same oriented film forming line and varying the backing temp. |
