PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease interferrence between the signals of adjacent frequencies even without requiring band pass filter by providing a multiplier, etc., for outputting a spread modulated signal by multiplying an information signal and the output of a spread signal. SOLUTION: A spread signal generator 12 is provided for generating a band- limited spread spectrum modulated signal and outputting it to a multiplier 11. Then, the multiplier 11 multiplies the band-limited spread signal and the information signal and further outputs the band-limited spread spectrum modulated signal unnecessitating any filter processing operation before performing transmitting processing operation. Thus, since the band-limited spread signal is generated in advance and multiplied with the information signal, the interferrence to the adjacent frequency channel can be removed without requiring any band pass filter and hardware scale or software operation quantity can be reduced. |
