PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely utilize a microscope having an autofocusing device, extremely simple in structure and improved in autofocusing function. SOLUTION: This microscope is provided with an objective lens 1, a magnification change optical system 3 and the autofocusing device. As to the autofocusing device; a projection optical path 7 passing through the lens 1 in order to project an autofocusing marking 9 on an object 11 to be observed, and an image-formation optical path 13 passing through the lens 1 in order to form the image of the marking 9 projected on the object 11 to be observed on a detector 15 are formed. The path 7 and/or the path 13 passes through the system 3 on the outside of the optical axis 2 of the system 3. |
