PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ink density and the like constant by stably circulating ink and consequently realize stable printing quality by a method wherein a circulating part for circulating the ink with pumps is provided by communicating an ink chamber and an ink storing part with the predetermined number of influx pipe lines and pressure controlling pipe lines. SOLUTION: Seeing from an ink chamber 2, an ink storing part 3 and a head part 1 are communicated with each other through at least one or more of influx pipe lines 4, efflux pipe lines 5 and pressure controlling pipe lines 6. Pumps 7 and 9 are provided in the respective midways of the influx pipe line 4 and of the efflux pipe line 5 so as to forcibly circulate ink 8 to an influx direction 18 and to an efflux direction 19. The pressure controlling pipe line 6 is kept under the state that its interior is filled with the ink 8. In addition, in the midway of the pipe line 6, a detecting means 13 for detecting the flowing direction of the ink is equipped. Thus, the ink 8, which is fresh at all times, can be circulated through a discharging part 10. In addition, when the pressure at the discharging part 10 becomes abnormal, the abnormal pressure can quickly be detected. |
