PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the parts-recognizing accuracy of a parts-recognizing device by fetching the images with a range suitable for the recognition of objective parts and, at the same time, appropriately controlling the quantity of light projected upon the objective parts. SOLUTION: A sensor unit composed of an illuminating section 23b and a sensor main body equipped with a line sensor 24 are installed to the moving route of a head unit 5, and the image of each parts stuck to each nozzle member by suction is fetched by moving the unit 5 relatively to the sensor 24. In addition, a light quantity control means 36 which adjusts the light quantity of the section 23b according to the parts stuck to the nozzle members by suction is provided, so that a control means 36 can switch the light quantity of the section 23b at the completion timing of fetching the images within the fetching range of the image of the parts. |
