PURPOSE:To obtain the stamper master disk which has no surface projections, etc., by mounting a glass master disk via a 2P resin on an original mold and disposing 2P resin adsorbing members to the recessed step parts of the original mold and curing the 2P resin with UV rays. CONSTITUTION:A backing material 4 larger than the original mold 3 having a rugged surface is stuck to the rear surface of this mold and the glass master disk 1 larger than the original mold 3 is mounted via the 2P resin 2 on the rugged surface. The 2P resin 2 adsorbing and removing members 5, 6 are then disposed in the adjacent state to the end face 8 in the outer peripheral part of the original mold 3 and the glass master disk 1. The 2P resin 2 is cured with the UV rays. The 2P resin adsorbing and removing members 5, 6 are removed after the curing and the 2P resin 2 is peeled together with the glass master disk 1 from the original mold 3. The stamper master disk which is free from the surface projections, etc. is thus formed. |
