PURPOSE:To prevent the early abrasion of the inner surface of a chamber or the kneading part of a rotor without lowering the degree of dispersion of an inorg. filler. CONSTITUTION:In a twin-screw kneeding extruder wherein two rotors 3 are provided in the chamber of a kneading extruder main body in a freely rotatable manner and kneading parts 15 consisting of feed parts 12, feed blades 13 and return blades 14 are provided to the rotors 3 in an axial direction, the ratio delta/D of the gap delta between the outermost peripheral end of each of the kneading parts 15 and the inner surface of the chamber 1 and the inner diameter D of the chamber 1 is set to 0.04-0.06. |
