PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braid tube in which high bending strength and compression strength can be obtained even if the adhering rate of phenol resin which is a curing agent is reduced. SOLUTION: After applying about 1.2 percentage by weight of binder in a solid portion to the surfaces of glass fibers of 9μ in diameter, 200 fibers are bundled, and are taken up on a paper roll as glass strands so as to make a cake. The glass strands are released from a plurality of cakes, and are twisted with a twist number 1.0 so as to obtain a single yarn. Thereafter, two of these single yarns are bundled, and are doubling twisted with the twist number 4.0 so as to obtain wefts and warps. From the wefts and the warps such a braid tube as the number of the wefts are 64, the number of the warps are 32, and the weave density is 36 mesh/25mm is made by using a braid machine. |
