<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of high availability by centralized-controlling the operating state of each equipment on the skeleton picture of a display part to efficiently and speedily execute an interlocking test and a protection linking test without confusion and malfunction with respect to a complicated interlocking condition and a protection linking test condition. SOLUTION: Each information on skeleton constitution, the interlocking conditions, a testing order and an equipment operating place is previously inputted from an operation part 9 to a controller 7. Then in this device, the state display such as on/off, etc., and the operation condition of each equipment to be a testing object are guidance-displayed on a display part 8 to display an equipment operating condition instruction. This display part 8 selects the operation item of a necessary equipment to establish an equipment operating condition. Then when the equipment operating condition is established according to guidance display, being operable is displayed by guidance display in addition so that the operation of the interlocking test is displayed.</p> |
