PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an efficient entering procedure when a new node enters a network in a state where a plurality of nodes which are connected to a com mon network, are dispersed and have network management functions are operat ed. SOLUTION: When an acquirement request of a node address table (MDL) is made from the new node 4 to the node 1 supporting entrance, the node 1 transmits MDL locking requests to the other nodes 2 and 3. When the MDL locking of all the nodes 1, 2 and 3 is succeeded, the node 1 transmits the notice of success and its owe MDL to a node 4. The node 4 gives connection requests to the other nodes 1, 2 and 3 and establishes connection and updates MDL of the other nodes 1, 2 and 3 to contain the address of the node 4. The node 4 establishes connection with the other nodes 1, 2 and 3 and updates MDL to contain received MDL. |
