PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a chorus processing suitable for input signals by determining a read-out address in accordance with the result of the frequency analysis of an input signal. SOLUTION: A frequency analyzing section 104 analyzes the frequency of the input signal and outputs a parameter which is the result of the analysis and is used for forming modulation to a modulation section 103. This modulation section 103 calculates the read-out offset address in accordance with the parameter inputted from frequency analyzing blocks 104, 105 and outputs the address to chorus sections 110, 111. These chorus sections 110, 111 are inputted and written with the input data to respective input terminals 101, 102 and output the data assigned by the read-out offset addresses as chorus data to mixers 114, 115. The respective mixers 114, 115 mix the output data from the chorus sections 110, 111 and the input data to the respective input terminals 101, 102 and output the data to respective output terminals 116, 117. |
