PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color filter material which is manufactured with a simple process, is satisfactory in heat resistance, light resistance, and moisture resistance, and is low in transmittance decrease by heat. SOLUTION: A material consists of photosensitive resin composition, pigment and solvent. The resin composition is composed of alkali soluble resin, a compound including ethyrene unsaturated double-bond (more than one), and photopolymerization initiator which contains at least a compound shown as the formula below. In the formula, R1 and R2 independently represent C4-C15 third-grade alkyl group or third-grade aralkyl group, and R3 and R4 independently represent hydrogen atom, C1-C10 alkyl group, C1-C10 alkoxyl group, methyl halide group, halogen atom, cyano group, nitro group, or C2-C20 di-alkyl amino group, but R3 and R4 do not represent hydrogen atom at the same time. In addition, m is an integer from 0 to 2 and n is an integer from 1 to 3. |
