A noise reduction structure of a storage medium is provided to reduce noise generated from the storage medium below a predetermined level by elastic action of a noise reduction hole and reduction in vibrating area. A noise reduction structure(100) of a storage medium comprises a case(110), a storage medium(120), a pem nut(130), an elastic member(140), three noise reduction holes(150), and three supports(160). The storage medium is installed inside the case. The pem nut, installed at least one side of the storage medium, is configured to mount various types of substrates. The elastic member is inserted to the pem nut to attenuate noise generated from the storage medium. The noise reduction holes are formed around the pem nut. The supports are formed between the noise reduction holes. The noise reduction holes and supports are located at approximately regular intervals.
