<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supplying mechanism for a developing unit capable of stirring toner having bean fed to a developing chamber side from a storage chamber as well, for keeping the density of an image uniform. SOLUTION: The toner supplying mechanism for the developing unit 21 for moving the toner 24 into a developing chamber 23 having a developing means through a toner supplying port 27 formed in a toner storage chamber 22, is provided with a stirring member 36 which is projected into the developing chamber 23 through the supplying port 27 and operated by the rotation of a stirring means 25 provided in the storage chamber 22, to stir the toner in the developing chamber 23. The stirring member 36 is formed like a U-shape and links 37 are formed at both ends of the stirring member 36. Then, the stirring member 36 is rotatably connected to the stirring means 35 with these links 37 and a guiding projection 38 provided in the corner part is guided by a guiding groove 39 provided in the wall surface of the developing chamber 23, to attain reciprocation in accordance with the rotation of the stirring means 25.</p> |
