摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control mechanism improving vibration control ability and a shock resistance characteristic of an internal equipment. SOLUTION: An elastic member and a viscous resistance member are constituted in parallel, a first vibration control mechanism is formed, between the first vibration control mechanism and a foundation 5, a friction member is provided in series, a vibration control mechanism is constituted. Friction force of the friction member is a vibration control capable input or less of the first vibration control mechanism, and a second elastic member determining an acting center position of the friction member is arranged in parallel. In the vibration control mechanism constituted by the spring 2 and the viscous resistance 3, a friction resistor 4 is provided in series. In force received by a friction resistor 4 of friction constantμ, in the case of prescribed value, that is, in the case of friction force f or less, generation of a slip is prevented, in the case of the force f or more, a slip is generated, only the friction force f is transmitted to the vibration control mechanism constituted by the spring 2 and the viscous resistor 3. Since the friction force f is set to a vibration control capable range by the vibration control mechanism constituted by the spring 2 and the viscous resistor 3, a vibration passing through the friction member can be all vibration isolated by the first vibration control mechanism.
