The broom has two brushes (1) that are fixed to a frame (1a). This has two arms (10a,10b) and the brushes are fixed to their ends and are parallel. The arms are joined in the centre by a rod (11a) that passes through a cylinder (3) to which the handle (4) is fixed. The cylinder pivots on the rod so that the handle can fold until it is parallel to the frame. The pivoting of the cylinder is limited in the opposite direction by a semi- cylindrical stop (5), fixed laterally on the frame, and an adjustable screw (6), fixed to the cylinder.
