PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a recognition gap between data base information managed by a server and a client with respect to the client which does not access to the server fixed time. SOLUTION: A data processor is provided with a client information setting means 21 setting the electronic mail informing destination of the client and setting the interval of informing times, a client access information storing means 22 storing the client's access information in a storage device, a data base update information storing means 23 storing the server's update information in the storage device, a client information converting means 24 converting data base update information to information to transmit to the client by an electronic mail and a client informing information transmitting means 25 transmitting the electronic mail to the client. Thus, the server automatically gives information in the data base updated in a time zone, in which a client does not access, to a client which does not access to the data base managed by the server by the electronic mail. |
