SOLUTION: In an electromagnetically connecting device which is provided with an annular first base material having a first operation surface, a second base matertial having a second operation surface opposed to the first operation surface, a magnetic particle interposed between the first and second respective operation surfaces and an annular exciting coil 7 embedded in the first base material and connects the first base material and the second base material to each other through the magnetic particle at power supply time to the exciting coil, the device is provided with an exciting current control circuit 54 to control an exciting current I supplied to the exciting coil and a creep selecting means 51 to input a selecting signal S to the exciting current control circuit by external operation.</p> |
