SOLUTION: An alarm generated at a measuring and controlling device, etc., is inputted to a process monitoring device to be given a prescribed processing by a central processor and then displayed on a display device and stored in a storage device. In this process monitoring device, alarm data is copied from a data area 32 to an operation area A33 to check whether or not it is an alarm to delete (deletion alarm and restoring alarm). Then when the number of alarm data to delete amounts to the previously set number of compressed points, alarm data except for the alarm to delete is copied to the data area 32 to generate a null area in the file.</p> |
