#CMT# #/CMT# The seat (1) has a fixing unit (5) fixed between a pivoting shutter and the seat and pivoting the shutter between a raised position, in which the shutter is arranged against a rear face (6) of a backrest (2), and a lowered position in which a lower edge (8) of the shutter is provided near a floor pan of the vehicle. A blocking unit (7) blocks the shutter in the raised position and includes a power supply unit that is arranged on the backrest or integrated to the shutter. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Seat for a vehicle e.g. commercial vehicle such as minivan, that is utilized by building trade, mover, police force and civil safety. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The lower edge of the shutter is provided near the floor pan of the vehicle in the lowered position of the shutter, so that the shutter constitutes a load stop which efficiently prevents displacement of objects from the rear of the vehicle to the front of the vehicle. The shutter is arranged against the rear face of the backrest, when the shutter is in the raised position, thus effectively permitting free access to the space that is arranged between the base of the seat and the floor pan.
