At this time, the combination of the path of optical signals inputted to a central stage optical switch is set lest the light is simultaneously inputted to the first state optical switch 21a of the central state optical switch and lest light is simultaneously inputted to a rear stage 21b. Thereby, maximally only the light of N/m is inputted to a central stage switch 21 so as to freely send out light to N-number of output ports 2b until the light of N/m.
