PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer the data of picture elements constituting a rotation- processed picture in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A PPE(pixel processor element) provided like a matrix stores the data of picture elements corresponding to each of the plural picture elements of each of the plural pixel lines of a picture 135. Plural straight lines I1 -ln with a designated angle θ made with a reference line (X axis or the like) are presumed so that the whole area of the picture 135 can be covered with the pixel intervals of the pixel lines, and the PPE is controlled so that the data of the picture elements positioned corresponding to each of the presumed plural straight lines can be outputted. |
