PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the state of plastic constituting elements in a machine sub/assembly by using the thermal history of the plastic consisting elements. SOLUTION: When the plastic constituting elements in the machine sub-assembly are exposed to the temp. exceeding a critical temp. to thermally deteriorate the plastic constituting elements, this cause the failure of the plastic constituting elements finally. By making a thermal indicator 100 correlate to the machine sub-assembly 1, the recording of the thermal history of the plastic constituting elements in made possible. The thermal indicator 100 records the temp. of the plastic constituting elements when the temp. exceeds the circuit temp. the plastic constituting elements. At the time of the reproduction of the machine sub-assembly, the plastic constituting elements of the thermal history not exceeding the critical temp. are recycled and the plastic constituting elements having the thermal history exceeding the critical temp. are discarded. |
