PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing a finacial organ system form being invalidly used by a person other than a valid user. SOLUTION: The financial organ system is constituted so as to register plural user's identification(ID) numbers. For instance, a financial organ card 1 having plural ID number recording parts for recording plural user ID numbers for the financial organ system can be provided with a valid user recognizing ID number recording part 4 and an accident generation recognizing ID number recording part 6, and at the time of receiving the same ID number recorded on the recording part 6, accident generation processing for preventing the system from invalid use is started to prevent the generation of invalid use. |
