The watch has a sealed casing totally filled with transparent liquid (9) and with a base provided with a deformable membrane (6) covering the greater part of the lower surface to contain the liquid. The external rigid wall of the base has communicating openings (7) assuring the transmission of the exterior pressure (air or water) to the membrane. The latter is shaped to allow the volume of the chamber in the casing to freely increase or reduce the volume to compensate for differences in pressure between the interior of the watch and the exterior pressure. The rigid external wall of the base can have a spacing between it and the membrane for free movement of the latter.
